二、Technical advantages of HZN50 concrete mixing plant
1. The transmission device is driven by a motor to drive a hard tooth reducer, and an elastic coupling or hydraulic coupling is installed between the motor and the reducer. The matched reducer has the characteristics of low noise, high torque, and strong durability.
2. Adopting the planetary stirring principle, the stirring blades have both revolution and self rotation. When the revolution body runs for one cycle, the running trajectory of the stirring blades covers the entire stirring process, without any mixing blind spots, resulting in higher efficiency and more uniform stirring quality. At the same time, due to different structural distributions, the phenomenon of shaft hugging is greatly reduced.
3. The vertical axis planetary mixer does not have shaft end sealing problems and is very suitable for mixing dry and hard concrete and various high-performance concrete.
4. According to the different needs of customers, pneumatic, hydraulic and other methods can be used to open and close the discharge doors. The maximum number of discharge doors can be three, and a sealing device is designed on the discharge doors to ensure their strong sealing and reliable control.
5. The designed hydraulic pump station can meet the requirement of multiple discharge doors for the mixer, and has a manual discharge function. In emergency situations, the discharge doors can be manually opened.
6. The waterway adopts an upper structure to solve the problem of residual additives and water in the pipeline, avoiding losses caused by customers changing formulas. The nozzle adopts a spiral solid conical nozzle, which has a fine and uniform atomization effect, a large coverage area, and makes the material mixing more uniform.
