When the concrete mixer is used for a certain period of time, some small defects may appear. When the concrete mixer fails to rotate, it will affect the output power. Therefore, before solving such problems, let's first take a look at the reasons why the mixer cannot rotate!
Reason 1: The use of concrete mixers is severely overloaded. The material mixed by the concrete mixer has exceeded its own working ability and cannot provide sufficient power. In such a situation, it is easy for the mixer to fail to rotate.
Reason 2: There is a large foreign object between the mixing blades of the concrete mixer and the inner wall of the mixer. The blades will collide with foreign objects, and in severe cases, the foreign objects will get stuck on the blades of the mixer, causing all concrete mixers to roll over one after another.
Reason three: The motor drive belt of the concrete mixer is loose. After the belt loosens, the rolling of the concrete mixing shaft will become very slow and even continuous rolling, so it cannot provide sufficient power.
Solution 1: If the concrete mixer is overloaded and causes the mixing shaft to stop rotating, we only need to adjust the feeding amount and unload the remaining materials. We suggest starting from scratch.
Solution 2: If there is a foreign object stuck together between the mixing blade and the inner wall, the relevant person in charge needs to stop the machine for inspection and manually clean the foreign object to find it and restore the normal operation of the concrete mixer.
Solution 3: If the motor drive belt of the concrete mixer is too loose, we need to close the power supply of the concrete mixer, adjust the tension of the belt, and finally check from the beginning until it is adjusted to the appropriate connection position.
