Precise debugging of concrete mixing plant

After installing the concrete mixing plant, the most important step is to debug the plant. Only by precisely debugging the plant can customers use the equipment with peace of mind and ensure the normal production of concrete.

Firstly, when debugging the control system software, the emergency stop switch should be calibrated, the switch power supply inside the electrical control cabinet should be turned on, and after connecting the power supply, the isolation switches of each loop, the main switch of the control circuit power supply, and the main switch of the control room power supply should be sequentially covered. Adjust the electrical control system to see if there are any abnormal situations. If there are any abnormal situations, they should be checked immediately.

Secondly, turn on the motor and test whether the direction of the operation motor is correct. If there is an error, it needs to be adjusted immediately and the air pump of the concrete mixing plant needs to be started. After the air pressure meets the requirements, start each air control door in sequence according to the button identification, and check whether the opening and closing doors are flexible. Check if the power switch of the air compressor is normal, whether the pressure gauge is accurate, and adjust the working pressure of the valve to the standard.

Once again, conduct a trial operation on the concrete mixer to see if there are any abnormal noises and if each component can operate normally. Debug the belt conveyor and check if each buffer roller is agile during the debugging process. Be sure to carefully observe the transmission belt and ensure that there is no shaking, direction deviation, wear, etc.

Finally, after debugging the concrete batching machine, it is necessary to press the batching door multiple times to check if the opening and closing of the batching door are flexible and if the weighing hopper is accurate. Then, after debugging the concrete batching, the concrete mixing plant can start producing concrete normally after all the equipment is debugged.
