Long term use of concrete mixing plants can lead to many problems, but regular maintenance and upkeep can prolong the service life of the plants.
There may be several types of cylinder failures in concrete mixing plants:
1. Insufficient output force of the cylinder, unstable operation, poor lubrication effect, piston rod jamming, insufficient gas supply, and the presence of condensate or impurities in the cylinder can all cause insufficient output force of the cylinder. This requires adjusting the center position of the piston rod appropriately, carefully checking the working status of the oil mist eliminator, checking whether the air supply pipeline is unobstructed, and thoroughly removing condensate and impurities in the cylinder.
2. Leakage inside and outside the cylinder is generally caused by eccentric installation of the piston rod, insufficient lubricating oil, damage to the sealing ring and sealing ring, impurities in the cylinder, damage to the piston rod, etc. It is necessary to adjust the center position of the piston rod appropriately, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the oil mist collector, thoroughly remove impurities in the cylinder, and replace the piston rod with new accessories.
3. The cylinder buffering effect is not ideal, and the buffering sealing ring is severely worn. If the adjusting screw is damaged, the cylinder buffering effect may not be ideal. The sealing ring and adjusting screw should be replaced in a timely manner.
