Twin shaft mixer

The stirring device adopts an eccentric design, which reduces the impact of aggregate on the stirring device and barrel of the transmission system, thereby prolonging their service life.

The transmission system is equipped with a shaft-mounted speed reducer, ensuring high reliability and long service life.

The high-speed shaft of the reducer ensures synchronous operation of the two mixing shafts via a universal joint shaft, eliminating all additional stresses induced by a rigid coupling.

The shaft end seal adopts two floating seal rings, four standard seal rings and two specialized seal rings (made of polytetrafluoroethylene and polyurethane), delivering reliable sealing performance.

The lubrication system adopts a full-automatic lubrication oil pump with high pressure and low oil consumption, meanwhile minimizing the grease contamination to the concrete.

The lubrication system is fitted with a stepper-type distributor, which lubricates all lubrication points individually. It will trigger an immediate alarm in case any lubrication point is clogged.
