Adopts twin horizontal shaft compulsory mixing structure, with 2×8 high-strength mixing blades and wear-resistant lining plates made of high-alloy wear-resistant materials, combined with advanced heat treatment technology, which greatly improves the service life of vulnerable parts and reduces maintenance costs. The two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions at constant speed, forming strong convection and shearing force in the mixing tank, which can fully mix all kinds of raw materials (cement, aggregate, water, admixtures) evenly in a short time, and the mixing uniformity can reach more than 95%, ensuring the strength and quality of concrete meets the design requirements. The mixing tank is designed with a reasonable structure, which is not easy to accumulate materials, and the scraping plate can effectively scrape off the residual materials on the inner wall, reducing material waste and equipment wear.
