The HUITE HZS60 stationary concrete batching plant is a modular, high-performance concrete mixing system specifically engineered for small and medium-scale concrete production. Integrating batching, mixing, intelligent control, and dust abatement into an integrated structure, it is widely utilized in ready-mixed concrete batching yards, highway construction, bridge engineering, precast component manufacturing facilities, and other construction scenarios. Product details

Main Building Section

  1. Ladder steps and bridge frames are manufactured using galvanizing technology, featuring rust resistance, long durability, and an elegant appearance.

  2. The hollow design of the steps effectively prevents slipping, while the orderly layout of the bridges facilitates convenient maintenance operations.

  3. An indoor pulse dust collector is installed in a recessed manner to save space, realizing centralized dust removal for both aggregates and powders with excellent dust removal efficiency.

  4. The hopper adopts an octagonal structure, ensuring smooth unloading without material adhesion. The linings of the temporary storage hopper and collection hopper are made of high-strength wear-resistant plates, significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

  5. The powder hopper also adopts an octagonal design to ensure unobstructed feeding. Liquids are categorized into clean water, sewage, and additives: clean water is equipped with a pressure pump, sewage is piped separately into the main unit, and the additive weighing scale is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability.

Control Room Section

  1. The control room is fully enclosed with interior decoration, suspended ceiling, and wooden flooring, creating a neat, elegant, and comfortable working environment.

  2. Windows are made of plastic-steel material, and the glass on the side close to the main unit is sound-insulated to reduce noise interference. The external door is made of stainless steel, ensuring sturdiness and long-term durability.

  3. Air conditioning, exhaust fans, and lighting systems are fully equipped to meet the daily working needs of operators.

  4. The electronic control system features simple operation, precise measurement, and powerful functions, effectively improving production efficiency and operational convenience.

Cement Silo Section

  1. The cement silo is equipped with an ash level alarm and a centralized dust removal control box, enabling feeding operations at night without the need for operators to enter the control room, improving operational efficiency.

  2. High-quality international standard steel plates and profiles are adopted to ensure the safety, stability, and load-bearing capacity of the cement silo.

  3. The feeding pipe is specially designed with optimized bending angles, effectively avoiding damage caused by material impact and extending its service life.

Batching and Aggregate Conveying Section

  1. Dual-stage measurement (coarse and fine) is adopted to ensure high batching accuracy; an independent air source is configured to guarantee stable air volume for reliable operation.

  2. A pull rope switch is installed to ensure safe conveying, and the scraper cleaner is efficient and practical, effectively removing residual materials on the belt.

  3. The conveyor belt is made of nylon material, which is impact-resistant, wear-resistant, and has a long service life; the motor is externally connected to the drum, facilitating daily maintenance and repair work.

  4. The frame structure is sturdy and stable, equipped with user-friendly safety components, and an automatic adjustable belt tensioning device to ensure stable and smooth operation of the conveying system.

  4. Intelligent detection functions are available for parameters such as material moisture content and door opening/closing time, effectively preventing misoperations caused by input errors.

  5. The system is equipped with intelligent detection for key operating parameters, further avoiding misoperations due to incorrect input and ensuring safe and stable operation.

  6. Designed with dual-mechanism and dual-control functionality, allowing flexible selection of control methods according to on-site operational needs.
