Mixing Principle: Adopts advanced planetary mixing principle, the mixing blades have both revolution and rotation movements. When the revolution body runs for one cycle, the running track of the mixing blades covers the entire mixing barrel, realizing no dead angle in mixing. This design makes the material mixing more uniform and efficient, and greatly reduces the shaft hugging phenomenon caused by uneven material distribution, which is especially suitable for mixing dry-hard concrete and various high-performance concrete (such as UHPC, steel fiber reinforced concrete)[5].
Sealing Performance: The vertical shaft planetary mixer has no shaft end sealing problem, which effectively avoids material leakage and oil leakage, reduces equipment maintenance costs, and is more suitable for long-term high-intensity operation.
Discharge Door Design: According to the different needs of customers, the discharge door can be opened and closed by pneumatic, hydraulic and other methods. The maximum number of discharge doors can reach 3 sets. A special sealing device is designed on the discharge door to ensure tight sealing, reliable control and no material leakage during the discharge process.
Hydraulic Pump Station: The specially designed hydraulic pump station can fully meet the operation requirements of multiple discharge doors of the mixer, and is equipped with a manual discharge function. In case of power failure or other emergencies, the discharge door can be manually opened to avoid material solidification in the mixer and reduce economic losses.
Waterway System: Adopts an upper-mounted waterway structure, which fundamentally solves the problem of residual additives and water in the pipeline, avoiding material waste and formula errors caused by customers changing production formulas.
