The HZN75 is a compact, high-efficiency precast concrete batching plant with a 75m³/h theoretical output, integrated with the MP1500 vertical shaft planetary mixer as its core. It comprises a planetary mixing system, aggregate batching unit, cement silo, screw conveyor, high-precision weighing system, and fully automatic PLC control system.
Ideal for precast concrete production (PC components, pipes, panels), high-rise building construction, municipal infrastructure, road & bridge projects, and ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) production.
