Technical Advantages of HZN75 Concrete Mixing Plant
The transmission device is driven by a motor connected to a hard-tooth surface reducer, with an elastic coupling or hydraulic coupling installed between the motor and reducer. The matched reducer features low noise, high torque and strong durability.
Adopting planetary mixing principle, the mixing blades realize both revolution and rotation. When the revolving body completes one cycle, the blade trajectory covers the entire mixing chamber, eliminating mixing blind spots, achieving higher efficiency and more uniform mixing quality. Meanwhile, the shaft-hugging phenomenon is greatly reduced due to optimized structural distribution.
The vertical shaft planetary mixer avoids shaft end sealing issues, making it ideal for mixing dry-hard concrete and various high-performance concrete.
According to customer needs, the discharge doors can be opened and closed by pneumatic, hydraulic or other methods, with a maximum of three discharge doors. Each discharge door is equipped with a sealing device to ensure strong sealing and reliable control.
The designed hydraulic pump station meets the operation requirements of multiple mixer discharge doors and is equipped with manual discharge function, allowing manual opening of discharge doors in emergency situations.
The waterway adopts an upper-mounted structure, solving the problem of residual additives and water in the pipeline and avoiding losses caused by formula changes. The nozzles adopt spiral solid conical design, featuring fine and uniform atomization, large coverage area and more uniform material mixing.
