1. Low-Temperature Adaptation Customization to Cope with Alpine Climate
Aiming at the problem that the equipment is prone to freezing and failure in the local winter low-temperature environment (-35℃), HUITE carried out targeted low-temperature adaptation upgrades, ensuring the low-temperature operation stability rate of not less than 98%. First, the electrical system of the mixing plant was optimized: all electrical components were replaced with low-temperature resistant models (operating temperature range -40℃ ~ +60℃), and the circuit was equipped with anti-condensation and anti-freezing protection devices, reducing the low-temperature failure rate of electrical components to less than 0.5%. Secondly, the hydraulic system was upgraded: low-temperature resistant hydraulic oil (with pour point ≤ -35℃ and kinematic viscosity ≥ 40mm²/s at 40℃) was used to ensure the smooth operation of the hydraulic system in low temperature.
2. Raw Material Adaptation Customization to Ensure Mixing Quality
In view of the local characteristics of uneven aggregate gradation (deviation up to 15%), large differences in cement performance (strength grade 32.5R) and large fluctuation of aggregate water content (3%-8%), HUITE optimized the structure and control system of the HZS180 stationary concrete batching plant to improve the adaptability to raw materials, ensuring the concrete strength qualification rate of not less than 99.5%. First, the aggregate batching system was upgraded: the aggregate screening device (screen mesh size 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 40mm) was added to classify the uneven aggregate into 4 specifications, and the batching accuracy was adjusted to ±1.5% (higher than the standard ±2% of HZS180 mixing plant) to ensure the stability of aggregate ratio. Second, the mixing host was improved: the JS3000 forced double-horizontal shaft mixing host (matching the HZS180 model) was adopted, the mixing blade and liner were replaced with wear-resistant alloy materials, and the mixing structure was optimized to enhance the mixing intensity and uniformity, which can effectively solve the problem of uneven mixing caused by the difference in cement performance.
3. Operation and Maintenance Customization to Adapt to Local Labor Conditions
To solve the problems of local labor shortage (3 operators per shift) and limited operator skills, HUITE focused on optimizing the operation and maintenance convenience of the equipmen. First, the control system was upgraded to a humanized intelligent control platform with a simple and intuitive operation interface, which supports both Chinese and Russian (local common language) operation.
